NEW To UOSA? Read here!

Post by AshBorn »

Hey guys! Getting this guild started again. New Established Wanderers (NEW) is here for you!

If you are new and looking for assistance contact me! If you need some other new people to dungeon crawl with, do treasure maps with or anything else this is the place for you!

Check my signature for information on how to contact me.

I will update this OP as things progress!

Thanks!

Jacelyn Jo (Guildmaster of NEW)

Glad to see NEW up and running again. This is a great opportunity for all the new players on the shard to get a leg up.

AshBorn, congrats and good luck!!

Citizen!,

I was in NEW on Siege Perilous before joining other guilds and I am glad to see this guild start back up on this server. Good luck on keeping the tradition of NEW alive!

Not currently no. We don't have many players because we just got started. But there are many who play this server and it would be great for us to have you!

Thats great! The best way to contact me would actually be on the shards IRC Chat Window.

Cllick 'open IRC chat window' at the top of this page, and find Noxin in the list once you type in your name. :)

Hey guys! Name's Andy (in IRL) and I'm pretty new to the UO Second Age shard (joined about 2 days ago). I played UO waaaay back in the actual T2A era then for a little while then a bit into the Renaissance era. I was pretty young at the time (8 years ago) and I'm excited to find a free server that is doing its best to emulate that T2A style that I liked so much.

I'd be interested in meeting up with a few new players at some point. I've just been building a crafter for the past few days.

Quick question as well, would it be beneficial to run a separate client and run a warrior-type character there as well while I macro the crafter?

Thank you all so much for your time. This shard looks like it's going to be a blast! I'll see if I can leech some of my friends off of inferior games like WoW and SW:TOR and get them over here ;)

Hello

Im so glad this shard is thriving also,. reminds me of back in the day ;)

Yes it would be bennificial to multi client, but for me as im just starting out, its a little confusing having 3 accounts for different char set ups, but im sure over time it will settle nicely.

But you would defo benifit from multiclienting!

You are probably better off creating a bard (music and provoke) and maybe some warrior skills as well to finish off creatures. Its really the cheapest funnest easiest way to start making cash.

Contact me in IRC to join NEW if you would like. :)

I am also interested in joining this guild. It's been so long since I've played UO I am kind of lost.

Get at AshBorn in IRC to join up. There's a link in the upper left hand corner of the forum (its the 4th down in the list) to "Open IRC Chat Window". He's under the name Noxin there. He'll get you sorted out. If you have any general questions I'd be happy to lend what little experience I have.

I've tried to get a hold of him in IRC several times.
