Hedge Maze Tower: Sold

This tower location is perfect, no neighbors, no crazy spawn, on grass, and near the hedge maze (69 57S, 11 6W). What more can you ask for? Starting bid is deed plus brick deed. Buyout is Keep deed. I will set auction expiration date after the opening bid is made.
