In case you couldn't 100% tell from Pirul's post, he is saying that someone hired Molly the Mage and trained one of their combat skills (likely wrestling) on her. When you constantly damage an NPC or another player, you will also damage their armor/clothes, often to the point that their armor/clothes will "break" and disappear from the UO world forever.
