- is 1/2 screen from guard zone
- is 2 screens from bank
- allows you to stable/claim from inside house

Minimum bid is a large brick deed (144,500 gp). Buyout is two large brick deeds (289,000). Auction will run for 72 hours... starting NOW!

Sold to Rompkin for a CBD, which I valued as close enough to the buyout.

He gave the CBD first, then I transferred the house. Thanks Rompkin!
