UO Second Age

The wiki says you need 91 carto to read a lvl 4 map. But Im doing it with 90.5

Does anyone know the actual levels of carto needed to read each map lvl?

I want to make 2 chars with the min needed to read lvl 3 and lvl 4 so I can sort and test maps, but Im not sure at what real skill lvl I should lock carto.
