Village for sale

Selling my small village located between Brit and Trinsic. Village consists of 3 small houses all on the same screen with no other houses close by. Perfect spot for a new player or someone trying to start a guild. Auction will run for at least 3 days and will end 24 hours after the last bid. Bidding starts at 4 deeds. I reserve the right not to sell for any reason.

For 3 smalls I could just dead the houses and save the time of transferring them. If I cant get 4 smalls Ill just hold onto them and use them. This is too awesome of a location to give away.

Sold to Bremlin. No problems at all was timely and he transferred first
