There is a tent spawn every 4 hours (I think it is every 4 hours, if not, then its close) about 2 tiles away from front door...
Other than that... This place is a very low traffic place...

There is a Lich/undead spawn about 2 screens or so away to the east...

The water is also about a screen to the right, for the boat folks...

And there are several spawn locations just a few screens away in pretty much every other direction.


This was my first NON-SMALL house... I have deeded this location several times, having placed a PATIO, and then a TOWER, and now re-re-re-deeded back to original to save up enough gold to move up to the next... errr.. last level of housing... a castle...
