Can't ban someone from house when dead?

I don't recall if this was ever possible, in era or not, since it has been so many years since I played on Napa Valley, but why can you not ban someone from a house if you are dead? Doesn't it seem like, if someone, or a group of someones, comes into your house and attacks you and kills you before you have a chance to ban them all, that you should still be able to ban the rest of them after you are dead?

Seems like you should be able to do that and I can't recall if that was ever possible on OSI (I played from 1997 to 2001). Someone who is more knowledgable that me please comment.

Pretty sure you couldn't ban them while dead on OSI.
