What is the going rate of these atm? still 25k?

no, ive seen them as low as 7k, but majority of the ones i see are 15k'ish i have some for sell on my vendor, both red and white, diff directions though for 12k i believe, wait 11999gp actually. Vendor is at 64o 41'N 45o 12'W south of yew bank right before the twin towers before the first sheep pen. Vendor name, Luther.
