UO Second Age

Not sure I want to part with it just yet, but I've moved to a more remote location and it's just sitting empty right now. I own the small in front of the tower and it's available as well.

This tower is on the Isle of the Avatar, no one for at least 5-6 screens, and it's right on the beach. For Avatar Isle, the spawn is surprisingly low, you'll get some gorillas, tropical birds, regular snakes, and once in a while a giant snake.

Great place for a guild or just a quiet spot with no neighbors and close to some nice hunting spots like Hythloth and the Fire Temple. Also easy access to your fairly private cove to fish.

Make me an offer I can't refuse and it's yours - if not, I'll just hang onto it.

I have Tower deed i also own a large brick on that island. Other tip with mountain right behind me. Thier is a cave right at the back of the house good for mining if you have a blacksmith. I would trade that with tower deed and maybe a small house deed if you dont agree to large house deal. Im Fiftycaliber on irc I keep it up when im on which is evening's and late nite.

I also would be interested in the small house in front , lets make a deal I am very inerested in this deal !!
