UO Second Age

You call yourselves old school elitests yet I never see anyone at the brit GY when it actually means something. There was 3 of us total last time, come on guys... I basically stuck around for this reason. I miss my server wars, those were the best times to get all the action you could take. I know it's more of a solo persons game, but truth be told UO was meant to be played Solo (just my opinion).

The server restart is everyday and its at a horrible time for alot of people in the USA. 7am for me! There is no way in hell im going to get up to play 10 minutes of server wars It's also horribly over rated here, the server should not be shut down daily like that in my opinion, to many server wars is lame. Derrick mentioned its a good time for people to test there housing and stuff like that, well there is plenty of room for people to do that anytime at no risk at all. I think server wars would be huge if it was maybe once a week like on saturdays at 1am or something. yet, i understand where trying to follow the accuracy of T2A and how osi shut down daily but i think it would be better for the shard to shut down once a week but who i am, i dunno.

The shard is not shut down for accuracy, we require a daily maintance for many many reasons, the biggest of which being server stability and the desire to test at least daily that we are able to load what we have saved.

I completely support Derrick! Imagine having to revert back an entire week... Although maybe once a week the restart time could be changed to appease everyone pro server wars. (maybe change Saturday's restart to 1 am as mentioned above).

I dunno im just saying. That might be the reason for 3 people being on for server wars or anyone caring for it at all.

Should really stop beating a dead horse. Server wars are pointless. If you want to PVP start patrolling more than just Brit GY.
