The time has come to put up 2 somewhat iconic buildings for sale.

This building is currently semi-decorated as I never did finish it. Bids will be accepted for the building with or without decorations. If you are bidding for the decorated building, please value the following rares in your offer:

For both houses: Transaction details -> Option (1) buyer pays in full, at a bank prior to transfer. Option (2) we use a broker we both feel comfortable with.
