Located on a nice, private little mining peninsula with everything up to Verite (POI in my auto map pic below) from what I have mined. Includes forge on porch with spinning wheel/loom on the inside.

This is a good location. I own a small mining house on the other side of the mountain and am very happy with it. If you think you might be in the market for a mining small anytime in the future, jump on this opportunity while you can.
Imo, it's worth a lot more than the current bid.

The transaction went so smooth, it was over before I even knew it had started.

Since this is my first house on the shard, I can't see myself selling it for a while. The spot it is in is just too perfect.
