Selling this fully furnished mining house near Vesper and Covetous. The mining is great here with very little spawn and low foot traffic. This house is placed in such a way that you could probably move it over a little and place another small house next to it. (I've never tried it myself, so please count steps yourself to be sure) Starting bidding at deed +5k, buyout is deed + deed. Will end this 24 hours after highest bid is placed.
