Price drops!
Buyout is deed + 15K if bought by bidding period end.
Buyout if bought today ONLY (Saturday, February 25) is deed + 10K.
Bidding starts at deed +5K. Bidding will end at 6pm central on Sunday, February 26.

This Skara Brae adjacent home is in a really nice area, especially for tailors (it's just a few screens walk to the Skara Brae cotton fields). Also, the spawn is pretty light and non-dangerous. It's not too far a walk to the Hedge Maze or Destard either.
I am an honest player and would happily do a no broker sale, but you would need to pay first, then I will transfer ownership (I promise, I am a new player who only started playing last week, but you can trust me). Otherwise, I am more than happy to use a broker if this is the only arrangement where we can comfortably have a transaction.
