The opening bid is 2 mil. Yes, I know that is a high price, but it's lower than what was paid for it. While I don't really want the island as much as I thought, I'm not interested in selling for lower than that.

My magic ball says he's offering to sell the houses (as a bundle package) on Blanche Island starting at an opening bid of 2 mil.

clarification selling both smalls for 2 mill ? is that correct or its 2 mill each ?

Awesome location but I think those who have 2 million already have keeps or towers as their main residence and those who would want a private island probably can't afford it. (I fall in the second category )
Whoever can afford this will be getting a sweet deal though. I think a private island is worth well over 2 mill.

Ivy stopped playing about 3 weeks ago now i think. Gave all her gold, silver and items away.
