Vendor sell green + vendor sell nothing then something

I went and sold hides to the tanner, after I sold them all one by one I said vendor sell again and the vendor claimed he had nothing he wanted from me.
I said it again and all of a sudden he wanted my pouch.
again and he said nothing, again and he wanted the bag, I said this on and off with him until I sold two bag and a pouch.
Is this a bug?
The second thing is the picture, the color of the Dye tub is weird green, just thought I would post and ask about it.
EDIT: The dye tub in my inventory had green dye in it but was not green like that.
