Current high bid: niclasapan with 2 small deeds + 15k for both
Selling as a Package or individually
Use one for processing and another for storage.
Deed + 5k to start for one
Deeds + 5k to start for both.
Will end 24 hours after last bid.
*Mine Shack 'B' was conveniently moved
closer to the cave since the screen-cap was taken.

mog108 both houses are still for sale.
Current high bid is niclasapan with 2 small deeds + 15k for both.
I will end this tonight at 8pm EST and will transfer shortly after depending on the availability of the buyer.
Also setting a buy-out of 3 small deeds but will give niclasapan priority as he is the current high bidder should I get more than one buy-out offer.

Sold to niclasapan. He game the the deeds first, I transferred the houses and then he paid the rest of the fee in gold. Very trustworthy guy, I highly recommend doing business with him! Thanks for the smooth trade niclasapan.
