Large Brick by the Bog of Desolation

I am looking to liquidate this property. This auction will end Tuesday Feb 21st at 7:30pm PST. Whom ever has the winning bid at that time will get the property.
The minimum starting bid is LG Brick + small. I am looking for an easy trade of deeds, as I need fast gold for a new venture.
It is about half way between the X-Roads and brit. I have ran some of my dexers from brit here so it is friendly for characters that do not have magery. It is one tile from the water so it is good if you like sailing about. There is some spawn that comes from the bog, and an npc tent rarely spawns one screen to the south.
