Creatures opening doors from inside.

So today I was killing some liches and I realized...
A fire elemental, which is made out of fire, can open a door somehow...
But a Lich with opposable thumbs can't.
Can we change this?
Edit: I haven't checked yet but do blade spirits and evs open doors too?

EDIT: Old thread but was already started and wanted to see if this was ever looked into, creatures are supposed to open doors from inside. Well some.

I always assume that everything can open doors and plan for it.

Liches can open doors. They cannot open Secret doors however.
If you look more closely at the elementals you will notice hands

Scorps can open doors, actually I'm not sure what can't open doors lol

Thanks for this report. There are many creatures than cannot, but some that shouldn't be able to but do currently. I'll fix the scorps asap. If anyone else has seen creatures that shouldn't be opening door, opening them, please report it.

Scorpions do not currently open doors, but do please report any creatures you see that do but should not.

Scorpians can open doors, ive seen it! i was in my bathroom getting a shower and this little one used its tail to pick the lock and swing it open. Then it ran after me.

Balron's can fit through doors...you would think they would bang their heads and clip their wings...actually it would be kind of funny watching a big ole balron try and squeeze through a door and not be able to fit.
Then again, dragons can fit through moongates, so i guess it makes sense.

No creature will currently open a locked door, even if it's a house door that is openable "from the inside".
I'm looking into this currently.

Was this ever finished being looked into?
I know animals used to open doors from the inside.
People used to put wandering healers inside of houses and they would walk out and let me in
