Property Acquisition In DG Town

A Tower has been placed in west DG town! Thanks Lightshade for keeping eye on this spot for months.
And Thanks to Pirul and Xev for helping secure area during placement.

This building will be primarily used as a new meeting hall, dueling and training up new members.

Lightshade has kindly done all the footwork and even funded the Deed for this building.
DG will be reimbursing the deed for this tower and the treasury will be accepting donations from members to pay this back.

I've got the tower "roughly" setup. Trying to work with the lock-down limit and still make it look good.
