				IRC client on front page no longer working?

				anyone else having problem using the client on the front page of uosa that you dont have to download?
it kicked me off today and tells me i have to download something to use it...

				Same here. Always been fine up until today.
Flash policy problem. If you are the server owner, please read 
www.lightirc.com/faq.html#security. You need to install a flash policy daemon at flash.wildirc.net (port 8002).

				guess it means derrick has to download something not us, says it has to be downloaded on same computer IRC server is run from?  or we have to download real IRC lol

				Derrick is now aware of this issue and I'm sure hes working on it. Posted him a link to the support thread about this in IRC the other night.

				I've talked to HollyW00d (a wild IRC Admin), and he has confirmed that web chat will not be stable for a time, but he is working on the system. In the mean time please consider a IRC client rather then a flash app.
