Horseshoe Island Small Housing

I have 3 small houses for sale on the south side of Horseshoe Island. Mongbats and cougars are the scariest spawn I have seen. However there appears to be a resident healer in case one gets the best of you. Very quiet and exclusive area. PM me in IRC or here if you are interested.

You are obviously a member of BP, get over it all ready and stop crying. I still beleive BP will buy those houses. You should understand I am a business man. Where there is demand I will supply. This is no different than someone posting they want to buy 5000 boards and someone else going to make the boards to sell to them.

I talked to the individual who posted first before making this post. He / She was not interested in a small houses. I still think the area is great for someone looking to get into a small, I had never been there before. If no one is interested thats ok too.

FYI: Vega/Delo is not a member of B-P (that I know of).

It seems that others may find the practice of squatting on these spots offensive, though I think in both cases you're the one who will benefit least/lose the most from having to sit on these smalls and have them take up your character's housing slots. B-P will most likely move out of the swamps when the opportunity presents itself. With the exception of maybe one, those smalls are mostly in worthless spots anyway.

BTW it isn't the same as going out and cutting the boards. If I go out and cut 5,000 boards, 5 minutes from now you can come by and cut those same trees and also get boards. For the record, you're not the only one who does this, and my only personal issue was when you changed the text of my book that I left on the steps of that patio to have the owner PM you instead of me. That was a bit Wall Street-esque...
