ATTENTION BIDDERS!!! The private mine is now semi-private. Someone was able to place a small on the hill shown in the last photo up there. The new house is on such un-level terrain that you can't freely climb on the stairs...
I left a book for the owner -- but there's no telling what they plan to do.
I will gladly continue bidding, however I won't oblige anyone to their previous bids.
Auction ends as currently planned.
