polymorph - incognito spell

REPORTED ISSUE: Incognito reverses the effects of polymorph but the timer to be able to cast either spell again doesnt reset.
ISSUE DETAILS:
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: Windows 7, 4gb ram
STEPS TO RECREATE: Cast incognito, then cast polymorph. Wait for polymorph to time out and since the incognito spell has a longer duration, you will still be a different name. Cast polymorph again. When incognito wears off it reverts you back to human. Also, cannot cast incognito or polymorph again until they have both "worn off". (Side note: You cannot polymorph then incognito, but you can use incognito then polymorph)
EXPECTED RESULTS: Polymorphed shouldn't be nullified and should be able to cast incognito and polymorph again if it is nullified.
