Is there any difference between pre-GM exceptional quality and GM exceptional quality? Also, how do I switch back and forth between marking/not marking GM items with my name?
exceptional & marker's mark are the same quality except with 100 skill you get to brand your name on it.
not sure if it's possible to change whether you can apply the mark' at 100 or not in this era..
