Statue bug
Hey,
Bit random, but does anyone remember the statue bug when people where trading them
small unicorn, angel statues inside boxes, u would then break the box in your house, and couldnt highlight the item, GM's ended up deleting them, then introduced the statues as loot.
My brains fried and i cant remember what era this was or how the bug worked =).

Re: Statue bug
He is right. The bug didn't start until UO:R.

Re: Statue bug
It had something to do with placing a box near where the statues would spawn at server up if I remember correctly.. It would place the item in the box instead of on the ground. It's foggy for me too, but I do believe it was in UO:R as well.
Re: Statue bug
Very early UO you could move pillars from dungeons and stuff in the same fashion.

Very early UO you could move most things you found outside the guard zone. GMs would then track you down and delete items.Phallax wrote:Very early UO you could move pillars from dungeons and stuff in the same fashion.

Before anyone asks this one too...
You could also create golden items using a bug in UO:R. I don't remember how exactly it worked but it was UO:R also.
