So close to town! How nice
Occasional spawn of ettin and troll. Very few neighbors. Very secluded.
Bidding starts at deed+5k. Highest bid for 6 hours wins. Buyout Deed+Lg Brick deed.

I have given almost 48 hours for the gentleman to claim this house. If anyone else is interested, let the bidding continue. In an attempt to continue the sale, i'll lower the buyout to the winning bid of two LG brick deeds.
