North of EBB, first clearing above bank, still in guard zone. Named Adele.
Since it is still in guard zone you dont have to worry about those pesky PKs that are always at the vesper strips!!!

Haven't been there in a while, but there was also a vendor that had them above the northeast corner of the hedge maze.
