Possibly something to consider for staff, you can see here the the EB delay is much shorter, only about 0.5 of a second. Harm is disrupting quite a bit too, if not all the time.

It's hard to tell because the blue guy spams a bunch of spell names inside his spell macros.

lol, why does people keep posting this retarded video acting like it's a video from the '99 era on OSI. This is footage from a player run shard and it's obvious in many reasons.

1. There is no prep time added to insta hits upon equipping.
2. There was no such thing as snow white hair.
3. Debuffs and buffs did not subtract/add -11 or +11. The formula was magery skill divided by ten.
4. There is an obvious RunUO world save.
5. The text is written in Unicode not Ascii.
6. Ebolt delay is 1 second not half, the same as any other spell that has a damage delay.
7. This is the most retarded video passed around on the internet "claiming" to be a '99 era duel that has been posted on every popular shard.

There is a concussion blow followed by a RunUO world save at approximately 1:28 into it

I didn't think neon white hair was introduced during the era.. and he is using attacklast macros which weren't around.. unless he's running a 3rd party program: doesn't look like authentic vid to me.. also did necromancers helms exist on OSI? his opponent is wearing one..
Great video though..
My favorite part is how they have the authentic spell system before it was changed where you could write in words for you macros to disguise the actual spell you were casting.

I thought it was clear that he was using UOA. It seems authentic to me, swings are only regaining while they are standing still etc.

AFAIK attacklast was removed from UOA during t2a when it went public (15$).. (heard this in another thread)

Also, either way (which I'm very sure this is t2a), the EB delay in this video is half the delay that derrick has proposed on the test shard, yet there are no patch notes on delays from t2a to uor

Hey Faust, is there anyway to get those types of spell words back? I think it might have to go thru razor but I always loved disguising my spells with word macros..

I haven't tested it out on here, but how you did it in the past was add a sentence with whatever spell's words of power to it in your spell macro on the client. I don't use razor macro's so I'm not sure about that.

Yeah, thats how I did it.. I still use UO macro's for spells b/c I can set some razor macro's for certian spells..
Maybe disable razor spells or something and remove filter for words?
Might be more trouble than it's worth but I thought that was a cool way.
