I dont think it was for security I think it was a way to let the public know if hes a scammer....

Always thought the idea was to have both parties post and agree to a deal here <in forums>, then if someone scams/runs off, it's becomes.. bannable, i.e. Scam Using Forums.... I assume it would just be a forums ban, but..

you are correct in your thinking

That will be hard to enforce here thou since there is no end date on the loan. Post only says that he will pay back when he can, witch can be whenever.

he won't responde to any pm's or anything any more. hasn't since january actually but has been on since then
