i didn't think anyone would pay more then a deed + small. so ill leave it on for another 4-5hrs with the high bid being deed + 60k

Honestly, the swamp properties aren't usually worth more than deed + small. You'd most likely never resell for more than that.

Go to that swamp, there are like 4 or more tower spots available in that swamp, I know I've dropped 3 towers in there because they're worthless and never sell, worth a shot trying to place one, if you want a hand, pm me. (and i just generally hate the spawn!)
