This auction will run 48 hours from this post. The Large Brick is located on the waters edge in Windemere Woods. It comes with a forge and anvil, Spinning wheel and Loom. The spawn is light, I have only seen the neighbors around a couple times.
Starting bid= Deed + 10K
Buyout= Deed + Small Deed
Please bid in 5K increments
