idk, apparently im off im pricing... but i was lookin at your signature... what was your name in catskills? ... do you remember seeing a "Deaken" ... was usually in brit/minoc/vesper..?

On the subject of the Tower spot,
I live a few screens away and don't see anything special about that spot. Placed towers barely go for tower deed + small.
On Catskills I was a teenager in those days and played sporadically and poorly haha. I played characters named Strongbow, Strongbow Smithy, x- (stupid name, awesome character) as my mains. I was in a guild called Order of Dead Reckoning (ODR), and hung out around Brit a lot.

Deeds on plot= 190k
+two smalls= 90k
+tower deed= 433k

total 713k
You turn in the brick and small deeds and get 190k back. Total turns out to be 525k-ish.
You're selling a big hassle for deed+2 small.
