I came across this spot today whilst hunting reindeer and was surprised by it's pleasantness.
One thing I might note, however, is that upon inspection that the coconut palms are in fact not coconut palms, but date palms. So I must now suggest that when this place is spoken of, it should include the subtitle : "A cool place to pick up a date". Still, coconut farmer and date farmer alike, all would be happy in a house such as this.

Alas, I was mistaken. They are truly coconut palms, only two palms are date palms.

I would like to note I am the new owner of this house since Kander accidentally let it drop and I'd be interested in selling it. No deco included, however. Just the spot.
