Edit: I purchased the tower that Vega/Delo had for sale. He was very patient, moved the tower a few spaces to my liking, and waited while I consolidated funds. I gave him the non-deed funds in town, he transferred ownership of tower, and I gave him the deed after. Thanks for a smooth deal, nice guy!
