House deeds can be redeemed for full purchase price. Take the deed back to the carpenters, drag deed from your bag onto the vendor and 43800 gold coins will be deposited into your bank box.

Put it on a vendor and let me know where it is. It will be sold before you login again.

Think about it... Ur selling 43800 gp for 30000gp... not a good way to make a profit.. U should just drop ot at the bank and make another noobie happy ;/
