Dropping a House Full of Loot! THURS Dec 22, 9:00pm EST!

Dear UOSA,

I have been playing on this shard for quite some time now. I have enjoyed it thoroughly. During my time here, I have acquired a lot of great stuff, and I feel like I have much more than I need. Therefore I've decided to give back to the shard. And what better way to do it than dropping a house full of loot? I thought that the event described at viewtopic.php?f=45&t=31255 was a great idea, so I'm going to try to do something similar.

I'm going to withhold the information regarding where this is going to take place until a few days before it happens because I still need time to fill up the house with loot so stay tuned. The time, however, is set:
this loot filled house will drop on Thursday December 22 between 9:00-9:15pm EST.

Just to give you an idea of what could be yours, here's some of the loot you'll find as soon as the house drops:

• at LEAST 200k in gold. I'll do 10k piles so people have a chance to carry some out.
• five (5) boats
• various holiday items like 4th of July hats and stuff
• a lot of high-end magical weapons and armor
• much, much more!

Be aware that the house will be far away from the guard zone. You might want to come with a large group of friends / guildies. But what is UO without a little risk, am I right?

Come and get some loot!

I talked to Ragancy about it last night--he still needs some time to get the house set up before revealing the location (don't want people sneaking in--lol), so he's going to reveal the location like 30 minutes before the event in IRC in case people want to walk there, and also (he edited the post with this) it appears that gates will be provided 15 minutes or so before the event. It's definitely going to happen, though.
