Cove issues

So, I've been trying to build a cotton/wool rune book using other people's rune libraries and I've now lost my second almost completed book in 2 days because I pop up in Cove and am immediately slaughtered by 6 red/bloodroc? orcs. What is up with this town? Sorry, I am a beginner, so it is extra frustrating not knowing why a city is overrun and double sad cause I can't get back in there to retrieve my not easy to buy and fill runebooks.

Long story short, the Bloodrock Urks took control of Cove in an event some time back. Their custom spawn has been running the town for a long while now.

Simple solution: Remove the Cove runes from your book.
