Scheduling date for event.

We've been discussing holding an event for the shard, involving various smith and mining related mini-games.
Looking to set a date so we can plan and advertise for the event well in advance.
And I think 8-9pm est works best for everyone from what I've heard, speak up if that time doesn't work for you.
