well i fucked up hes the story
smitty approached me with BO and deal was gonna go down smoothly he gave his BO deed and i was gonna xfer, however uber Mcnoober piggy backed smittys gate and i clicked on wut i thought was the right char but i was wrong. I made sure Uber McNoober had ownership by sacrificing my noob toon to him and gave smitty his deed back because it was my fault.
Uber Mcnoober is not trustworthy. I would not buy anything from him without a trusted broker. Again this was my fault and i will be pulling name bars to Xfer from now on. Smitty is the one who lost out as he wanted this house and thought he was going to get it.
