"bank" open bank box command not working

I suspect other people have been getting this too, sometimes it'll work like the 5th time I say it, or it will work only when I am at a certain place along the bank wall.

Just means you arent close enough to a banker when you say it.

In General, I thought pretty much any tile adjacent to a bank wall would work, and usually does.

The banker has to be in range, and actually "hear" you say bank in order to access your bank box.
