i doubt this will be used for killing liches, but i originally bought this for 800k and it only took me like a month of only somewhat trying to kill liches to pay for the house.

but anyways if your not interested in killing liches, this house can be alot of fun. has alot of traffic and the times i had there would probably be worth 1.5 million to me if i still had time to play.

The traffic is why I wanted it.
