Selling 5 small homes.. Gated community. Only 1 neighbor!
Asking deed +10k per.. will sell all 6 for 300k. Low spawn. Near dungeon shame. Mining spots near by also lots of woods for lumberjacking and the intercoastal water ways are are in your back yard. with private beach! Gated community.. and the only rich neighbor is vampyra. Would make a great community for a private guild. Also.. theres a npc pirate spawn.. They are red. but they are harmless. But they are a great decoration to the community.

bought house #4.... great sale. very friendly. very reliable, no trickery. the transfer of house went before i gave gold.
