Your own personal training ground right outside the door.
northern end of the isle opposite end from Hythloth. plenty of mountain ranges with caves for mining.

spawns around the ruins consist of giant serpents and orc mages.
also makes an excellent spot for ranged practice using the walls in the ruins, i kite silver serpents from down south to here.

[PEE]'s first guildhouse on Great Lakes was a cabin on this spot. Good times.

lol yeah overlaying images to show the ruins as well. definitely looks like quick sand.
