Tired of getting PKed at Destard? Well, now you can own this house and drop off your loot there safely!!
Already dead? Find one of the wandering healers who often roam the area, and head on home to restock and continue hunting...reds!!
Starting Bid -> 4 deeds
Buy-Out -> Tower Deed
Min Bid Increment -> 20k
Auction end date -> 72hrs after FIRST bid.
Transaction details -> Option (1) buyer pays in full, at a bank prior to transfer. Option (2) we use a broker we both feel comfortable with.
