New vendors on the West Vesper strip

I have recently placed a new vendor house on the West Vesper strip just south of the graveyard.

Coordinates are ~63 N, 102 E and they are restocked pretty much daily.

The vendor Arlo has GM made armor suits, GM made weapons and shields, GM made GM deadly poisoned weapons, GM made bows, GM made quarterstaves, and ingots.

The vendor Birkita has runebooks, full spellbook, GM Tinker/Carpenter made chests, empty potion kegs, recall scrolls, and gate scrolls.

If there is interest in buying other crafted items or general suggestions please post here and I will take care of them.
