Buy-Out -> Tower Deed x 2 (OMG that is CHEEP!!!)
Min Bid Increment -> Small deed
Auction end date -> 72hrs after FIRST bid.

Transaction details -> Option (1) buyer pays in full, at a bank prior to transfer. Option (2) we use a broker we both feel comfortable with.
