Located south of Trinsic in the jungles. The location is somewhat remote, there are no other houses within 2 screens and the spawn is pretty uneventful other than a captured NPC nearby which is always either ratmen or lizardmen, no magic, poison, snakes or serpents. The NPC spawn sometimes has a lvl 3 or 4 locked chest in it. Virtually ZERO traffic in the area and I've never been griefed in any way. I even left my door unlocked over night accidentally when I had been drinking and nobody looted me.

The house itself currently has a forge, anvil, spinning wheel and loom in it. The spot it's on will fit a large tower and there's room next to it for a small house(even with a tower placed) which I recently redeeded and moved when I upgraded. It was a very easy placement.

I want to avoid posting a screenshot of the location right now because of the open space next to the house I want the open space to be available to the person that buys it. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you more information.

It's a great starter house. Nothing fancy but safe and quiet. You're free to macro or keep pets inside the house without anyone bothering you.

The price is Large Brick Deed + Small Deed, same as what I paid for the property. However, I added the house addons.
