Yew Lich spawn House for sale*REDUCED PRICE

House is located next to the south lich spawn/ruin in yew. One lich spawns at a time, but they respawn very fast. The house is literally one step away. It is a cool/interesting spot.
Was Asking 200k. Now only 100k!

I sold that house 6 months ago for deed +25 guess i should have kept it lol

Only 2 1/2 screens from main lich spawn. Rumors are that a rare also spawns in this ruin.

I am somewhat interested in this house but how fast is the respawn rate for the lich?
